Day1: Kathmandu - 1300m altitude
Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport at Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel by our representatives. Welcome and touchdown session. After 12 pm, check in at Park Village Hotel and registration with HPW Centre. Enjoy the hotel grounds with their beautiful gardens, restaurants and swimming pool facilities. Evening Program presentation & personalized detox holistic therapy advice will be given by the expert. After then you will have the Meditation class for that important initial earth/sky contact.
Day 2: Full day wellness program (B)
Wakeup call and detox herbal tea will be served in your room. Then you will take for hotel garden track walk/jogging or kriya yogas and regular yoga and relaxation class for an hour. After healthy living breakfast Ayurveda full body treatments will be given. Spa partial body treatment (head and foot massages, facials etc.) will be given in afternoon. An expert will take meditation session for clear and calm mind in the Evening.
Day 3: Kathmandu – Pokhara - 900m altitude (B)
Regular yoga and relaxation class will be given early in the morning. After Breakfast, fly or drive to Pokhara. It is 25 minutes flight and 5 hours drive from Kathmandu. Pokhara is a remarkable place of natural beauty, situated at an altitude of 900m from the sea level and 200km west of Kathmandu valley. The enchanting town has several beautiful lakes and offers stunning panoramic views of Himalayan peaks. The serenity of lakes and the magnificence of the Himalayas rising behind them create an ambience of peace and magic. Check into hotel. Enjoy walking along the bank of Phewa Lake at evening, admiring the stunning reflection of the Fish Tail Peak in the blue Phewa Lake's water.
Day 4: Pokhara Sightseeing (B)
Early in the morning you will have one hour yoga class by the expert in hotel. After Breakfast boating at Phewa lake and hike to World Peace Pagoda. It is 30 minutes boating and 45 minutes hike. World Peace Pagoda is a Buddhist stupa designed to provide a focus for people of all races and creeds within the world and to help unite them in their search for world peace. You can have the magnificent views of the Mt. Annapuran and the Pokhara city from the hill of Peace Pagoda. After having the beautiful nature snap hike back to hotel. Evening you will have one hour meditation class by the expert in hotel.
Day 5: Pokhara to Kathmandu (B)
Regular yoga and relaxation class will be given early in the morning. After breakfast drive or fly back to Kathmandu. Check in hotel. You will offer for the rest and refreshment in Hotel. Evening an expert will take meditation session for clear and calm mind.
Day 6: Kathmandu Sightseeing (B)
Regular yoga and relaxation class will be given early in the morning. After Breakfast start full day sightseeing in UNESCO heritage sites. Sightseeing at Bouddhanath Stupa- a very important religious site for the followers of Buddhism. It is located northeast from the Kathmandu city center. The Stupa is regarded as the centre of faith for the Buddhists. This is also the largest Stupa of Nepal. The Stupa rich in Buddhist arts and cultural heritage is also a popular pilgrimage site, Pashupatinath Temple is a famous, sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Pashupatinath and located on the banks of the Bagmati River. This temple is considered one of the sacred temples of Hindu faith. This "extensive Hindu temple precinct" is a "sprawling collection of temples, ashrams, images and inscriptions raised over the centuries and Patan Durbar Square- Enlisted in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites is a distinct place for arts and architecture that is reflected on each temple, monument and palace building that were mostly built during the Malla period between 16th, 17th and 18th century. The square offers myriad opportunities for visitor willing to study and research artistic and architectural masterpieces, history and culture of Patan. Rest of the time is free on your own.
Day 7: Departure (B)
Regular yoga and relaxation class will be given early in the morning. After healthy living breakfast leisure time for optional Ayurveda treatments. Finally drive to airport and departure to your country.
