To Confirm Booking.

-       30% of all accommodation and Ground costs&

-       100% for all Airlinebookings

Pending amount to be paid 45 days before arrival (trip Start Date)

If total payment is not made 45 days prior to trip start date, the tour will be considered cancelled and cancellation charges apply as mentioned in our cancelation policy.


We shall include the following language and conditions into the contract:

-       By issuing payment, you are accepting the agency’s terms and conditions

-       If booking is received less than 30 days before departure, payment must be made in full at the time of booking



A cancellation must be reported by mail to the Aarya Village Travel Pvt. Ltd. The cancellation fees depend on the time of cancellation:

Aarya Village Travel Pvt. Ltd acts only as an agent organizer: tours, attractions, hotel reservations and accommodations, restaurants, meals and services, sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature, and cannot be held in any way responsible for injury, loss, damage, accidents, delay or inconvenience that may occur either due to defects, or as acts of government or other civil authorities (war, civil unrest, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond the control of Aarya Village Travel Pvt. Ltd. Aarya Village Travel Pvt. Ltd does not accept any liability for loss or additional expenses in case of delays or changes in schedule or other causes. Aarya Village Travel Pvt. Ltd and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with the conditions of sales in effect. Flights and hotels will be confirmed after payment. In case the services are no longer available we will proceed with the booking of equivalent services.


Aarya Village Travel Pvt. Ltd is committed to ensuring the protection of your privacy. The moment you provide certain personal information, you can be sure that it will be used only in accordance with this policy. We strive to ensure that your information is secure, putting in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and ensure adequate protection.  However, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage environment can be guaranteed 100%, so we cannot give an absolute guarantee that the information you provide us will be safe at all times. Aarya Village Travel Pvt. Ltd cannot be held responsible for events arising from unauthorized access to personal information. Aarya Village Travel Pvt. Ltd will rely on you to verify and report unusual events that might indicate a breach in information security. We collect your information to provide the requested information, for sending email messages, to measure and monitor demographic data on our customers and to contact you later for quality control. There will be no disclosure of your personal information for marketing purposes, but only to allow a complete and correct handling of reservations by our partners.


All clients are personally responsible for holding valid passport, visas and other personal travelling documents. All the foreigners except Indian have to have valid passport and visa while entering Nepal. The visa can be obtained on arrival to Tribhuvan International Airport or the check points at border. Aarya Village Travel shall not responsible if the clients do not hold valid passport and relevant visa.


Prices can go up or down. We will give you the accurate prices but sometimes some factors may influence the prices. In such conditions we reserve the right to increase the price of your accommodation after you have booked but no later than 30 days before the arrival date stipulated and will forward an amended Invoice reflecting any changes made. After a Confirmation Invoice has been sent to you, any increase to your accommodation price will be as the result of changes in our costs of supplying your accommodation resulting from huge currency fluctuations and government action. An administration charge and any relevant travel agent’s commission is included within these amounts.


We aim to provide your accommodation as booked. If we do not receive payment of as per our Payment terms and conditions, we will cancel your booking.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking in any circumstances but if we cancel your booking you can either have a full refund or accept replacement accommodation from us of equivalent or closely similar standard and price (if one is available).

In the case of non-payment, we will not cancel your booking less than four weeks before you arrive, unless this is the result of an event that is out of our control, such as war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, health risks, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and any other similar events.


We strongly recommend our clients to get insurance in their home country before they book our travel packages. The insurance should cover cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and loss of items, theft of or damage to baggage and personal life etc.
