Day 1: Kathmandu - 1300m altitude
Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport at Kathmandu and meet, assist and transfer to Kantipur Temple House by our representative. It is the finest eco-friendly Boutique hotel in Kathmandu. Welcome drinks on arrival and briefing of tour program by one of the representative from our company.
Day 2: Kathmandu - Panauti (B, L, D)
After Breakfast drive to Panauti for 1 and ½ hour. Panauti is quaint and interesting destination of Nepal. We will be staying at Panauti Community Homestay. You will taste local foods and experience the local lifestyle along with authentic Nepali experience rather than luxury and comfort. Here you are treated more than just a guest; you become the part of the family. In the evening take a short hike to a nearby Tamang or Brahman village. Get a panoramic view of Panauti from high up in the hills. If you’re lucky you might be able to spot some of the native birds that reside in this region.
Day 3: Panauti (B, L, D)
Today, after breakfast you will do some activities with local people, as per your choice. They offer various activities like Tour to Panauti city, daily Nepali activities, cooking class and dress like a Nepali, take pictures and many other seasonal activities. You can also get involved in agricultural activities with the locals.
Day 4: Panauti - Sanga 3-4hrs hike - Kathmandu (B)
After breakfast you will start a hike to reach Sanga. It is just 10km in distance and takes 2-3 hours walk. The hike takes visitors along ridgelines with steep drops below, view of rice fields and farmlands and on clear days you will also see the beautiful Himalayas. After reaching Sanga you will get to see a huge statue of Lord Shiva. From Sanga, you will drive back to Kathmandu. Rest of the evening is free on your own.
Day 5: Kathmandu - Pokhara (B)
After Breakfast, drive to Pokhara. It is 5-6 hours drive from Kathmandu. Pokhara is a remarkable place of natural beauty, situated at an altitude of 900m from the sea level and 200km west of Kathmandu valley. The enchanting town has several beautiful lakes and offers stunning panoramic views of Himalayan peaks. The serenity of lakes and the magnificence of the Himalayas rising behind them create an ambience of peace and magic. Check in hotel. Enjoy walking along the bank of Phewa Lake at evening, admiring the stunning reflection of the Fish Tail Peak in the blue Phewa Lake's water.
Day 6: Pokhara Sightseeing (B)
Early in the morning excursion to Sarangkot hill for closer Mountain View. It is 20 minutes drive and 20 minutes hike from your hotel. Sarangkot is the most popular viewpoint in Pokhara. Situated at an altitude of 1,592m, Sarangkot offers the magnificent view of Sunrise over Mt. Machhapuchhre, Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Massif (weather permitting). After enjoying the beauty of nature, return to hotel for breakfast. After Breakfast start half day sightseeing at Bindhyabasini Temple dedicated to Goddess, Bhagawati, and another manifestation of Shati., Gupteshower Cave- popular for the different natural forms made from limestone deposits and Devi’s Fall which comes to its gushing best just before disappearing underground.Later you will have one hour boating in Phewa Lake. Evening you will have leisure.
Day 7: Pokhara - Sirubari (B, L, D)
After breakfast we will head towards Sirubari. From Pokhara, A short drive to Arjunchaupari and comfortartable hike through picturesque landscape will lead us to Sirubari. Sirubari village is a totally unspoiled Gurung settlement set in the height at 1700 meters above sea level, climate is ideal at any season of the year. The inhabitants of Sirubari who are well known for their hospitality, will do their best to make you comfortable in their homes and village. You will visit around the village and observe the lifestyle of the residents.
Day 8: Explore Sirubari (B, L, D)
Today after breakfast you will Explore Sirubari and neighboring villages. In the evening you will enjoy the local cultural program. Start walking in Sirubari village after your breakfast. Visit to Sirubari Monastery, Gurung Museum and park, traditional houses, local people and their works in farm well decorated Nepalese rest place built by stone are the major activities you will be doing today.
Day 9: Sirubari (B, L, D)
Early morning you will go for a hike to Dahare hill for the beautiful sunrise view. You can also see astounding mountain views and village scenery. You can spend the day getting involved in the agricultural activities with the host family. Later in the evening you will enjoy the cultural program.
Day 10: Sirubari - Bandipur (B)
After breakfast hike back to Arjunchaupari and further drive to Bandipur for 5-6 hours. . You can see old Newari Village, houses and their distinct culture. Apparently going to bandipur is like entering an earlier age, back into Nepal that elsewhere barely exists. Over night at Old Inn Bandipur.
Day 11: Bandipur - Kathmandu (B)
After breakfast drive back to Kathmandu. Check in at Maya Manor Hotel. Maya Manor is a historic mansion turned into boutique hotel. Many important national landmarks including Monument Tower, City Clock, Nagpokhari Sacred Pond, Nandakeshari Heritage Courtyard, and Narayanhiti Golden Sprout surround the hotel.
Day 12: Kathmandu Sightseeing (B)
After breakfast start full day sightseeing in UNESCO heritage sites. Sightseeing at Bouddhanath- World's biggest stupa, one of the holiest Buddhist pilgrimage where all devout Buddhists come for pilgrimage, Patan Durbar Square- which is a distinct place for arts and architecture that is reflected on each temple, monument and palace building that were mostly built during the Malla period between 16th, 17th and 18th and Syambhunath- A Monkey Temple from where you can see the magnificent views of Kathmandu Valley and tribute to Buddhism. Rest of the time is free on your own.
Day 13: Departure (B)
Approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight a representative from Aarya Village Travel will transfer you to the airport for final departure to your home country.
