My decade-long association with Aarya village as a tour guide leaves a sweet and warm working experience in my mind. Aarya team is quite professional and proactive with a clear motive to reach 100% of customer satisfaction. As a tour guide, I have all freedom and support needed to make the valued guests happy. The management often seeks suggestion from its guides and staffs for further development and they implement the worthy ones. I have all resources and supports from the management and staff whenever and wherever I needed for better customer service. Yearly seminar held by the Aarya team allows us to give our feedback and suggestion to the management and they timely adopt the valuable ones. Customer satisfaction on top priority is what I like most about the organization and it’s Management. In brief, I am quite happy to work with Aarya team and hope to continue for long in the future.
