Royal Enfield Motorcycle Tour in Mustang is one of our regular organized tour in Nepal. This trip leads you upto the altitude of 4000 meters above the sea level to as low as 600 meters. Motorcycling to Mustang is an amazing experience due to its varied landscape, close view of High Himalayas, adventurous off-road biking and as perfectly well-organized trip.
Day 1: Kathmandu - 1300m altitude
Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport at Kathmandu and meet, assist and transfer to the hotel by our representative. Welcome drinks on arrival and briefing of tour program by one of our representatives from Aarya Village Travel.
Day 2: Kathmandu - Preparation (B)
We will introduce you with our guides and other crew including a short ride around the city for 2 hours
Day 3: Kathmandu – Pokhara - 900m altitude (B, L) - 200km 5hrs ride (pitch road)
After Breakfast drive to Pokhara. It is 5 hours drive from Kathmandu. Pokhara is a remarkable place of natural beauty, situated at an altitude of 900m above the sea level and 200km west of Kathmandu valley. The enchanting town has several beautiful lakes and offers stunning panoramic views of Himalayan peaks. The serenity of lakes and the magnificence of the Himalayas rising behind them create an ambiance of peace and magic. Check-in in hotel. Enjoy walking along the bank of Phewa Lake at evening, admiring the stunning reflection of the Fish Tail Peak in the blue Phewa Lake's water.
Day 4: Pokhara – Kalapani - 2600 m altitude - 125 km (4hrs ride) (B, L, D) - Pitch and Rough
After breakfast, our adventurous trip starts driving to Kalapani. It is a beautiful drive from Pokhara with lots of things on the way to see. Once we reach our destination, we stay in a lodge. The Road till Beni is black-topped and then off road follows.
Day 5: Kalapani – Jomsom - 2800m altitude - 35km (2-3hrs ride) (B, L, D) - Rough Road
Though it is short distance ride, we will have a most adventurous trip today and reach the most beautiful town named Jomsom where we can get all kinds of basic facilities i.e. internet, coffee shop, small hotels. We will stay in a lodge. If we reach early then we will have an option to drive to Dhumba lake- around 30 minutes, a beautiful serene lake just below the Himalayas.
Day 6: Jomsom - Muktinath - 3700 m altitude - 22km (2hrs ride) (B, L, D)-Rough Road
We start our drive early around 9 am from Jomsom to Muktinath as after 11 am there will be strong wind which makes it difficult to drive. On the way, we may stop at Kagbeni – a very famous place from a religious point of view and its unique location as well. From there we will start ascending to Muktinath. We may further drive towards Throngla and return. Throngla is a 5500-meter pass in Annapurna Circuit trekking- a very famous and must see a place. Return to Muktinath for the stay. Muktinath Temple is one of the most important religious sites for Hindu and Buddhist pilgrimage. It is located in a very beautiful place.
Day 7: Muktinath - Tatopani - 1200 m altitude - 70km (3hrs ride) (B, L, D) – Rough Road
From today we will start descending towards Pokhara. Though it is the same way we drove but we will stay at different locations than last time. Tatopani means hot water and this place has a beautiful natural hot spring where you can take bath as long as you want.
Day 8: Tatopani - Pokhara – 120km (4 - 5 hrs ride) (B, L) - 20km Rough and 100km Pitch
Today our most adventurous ride comes to end at a beautiful city Pokhara. You may take a tour around lake city Pokhara. There are some beautiful sightseeing places. You may also do Paragliding or zipline or just relax in Hotel or around the beautiful lake.
Day 9: Pokhara – Chitwan - 150 km (4-5 hrs drive) (B,L,D)
After breakfast, drive to Chitwan for 4-5 hours. You will see very nice sceneries, rivers, farm land, paddy field, typical houses and life style of the people on the way to Chitwan. All the way you will descend down along the winding road along the bank of the Trishuli River. After checking in to the hotel and getting refreshed you will be briefed about full nature programs by our naturalist guide. Then we head on for activities. There will be a guided village walk and a walk on the bank of the Rapti River to watch the charming sunset views in the sub-tropical jungle. At the evening, dinner with cultural program by ethnic tribal people with their stick dance and tribal drums. Overnight at Chitwan.
Day 10: Chitwan (B,L,D)
Wakeup call with cup of hot tea/coffee. After breakfast on your choice visit to the elephant breeding center to see baby elephants with bird watching at river bank, go for Canoe ride along the Rapti River. An excellent opportunity for bird watching and for seeing the 2 rare species of crocodiles; the Marsh Mugger and the only fish eating Gharial then you will be taken to real nature walk with different type’s vegetation to see many different types of floras and faunas. Before lunch you can take a leisurely relax for a while. After lunch go for Jeep safari, an excellent opportunity to see four different kinds of deer, rhinoceros, monkeys, leopard, sloth bear, and the Royal Bengal Tiger. You will also encounter many other smaller mammals that have made Chitwan their home. Evening Slide presentation: One of our jungle experts will introduce background data and history of the Chitwan National Park as well as some other topics relating to wildlife. Overnight at Chitwan.
Day 11: Chitwan - Kathmandu via Daman - (5-6 hours drive) (B)
Return to Kathmandu via Daman which takes another 6 hours. Daman is a small village, marketplace and a tourist attraction in Makwanpur District. Check in at Hotel in Kathmandu and after refreshment engages in shopping and you might as well hang around the touristic places in the evening.
Day 12: Departure (B)
Approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight a representative from Aarya Village Travel will transfer you to the airport for final departure to your home country.
