Welcome to Nepal! Once we finish visa formalities, our representative will pick at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to hotel. After check-in recover from the long journey and refresh yourself with a cool drink where we will be briefed about the program.

2Day 2 - From Jetlag to Inner Light: Nurturing Wellness for spiritual voyage (B)

Today, indulge in a well-deserved escape from jet lag with the ancient art of Shirodhara—a 90-minute oasis of tranquility. Feel tension melt away with a 45-minute head, foot, and shoulder massage, followed by the rhythmic flow of aromatic oils on forehead. Dive deeper into serenity with singing bowls, resonating for 60 minutes to ease muscles, relieve pain, and restore balance. Embark on a transformative journey where ancient rituals harmonize with modern well-being, enriching wellness experience.

3Day 3 - Yoga session with UNESCO Heritage site tour (B)

Early morning we will commence on a relaxation Yoga & meditation session with our instructor. Then proceed to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bouddhanath - the largest stupa in the world, one of the most sacred Buddhist pilgrimage sites. Patan Durbar Square with its unique temple and palace style from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries and the Monkey Temple dedicated to Swayambhunath are also worth a closer look. From here, enjoy stunning views of the Kathmandu Valley and the homage to Buddhism. In the evening we will visit the famous Pashupatinath Hindu Temple. It is part of an entire temple district. To learn more about Hinduism, view the images and inscriptions up close and visit various ashrams. In the evening, see an aarati at the picturesque Bagmati River.

4Day 4 - A spiritual day with the monks (B)

Early morning we will commence on a relaxation Yoga & meditation session with our instructor. Then embark on a scenic drive to the Shesh Narayan Temple, nestled in the western hills of Kathmandu, approximately 25 km away. Admire the intricate carvings and statues dedicated to Lord Vishnu as we explore the temple. Next, drive approximately 6 km to the Vajrayogini Temple, a revered Buddhist shrine dedicated to the goddess of wisdom and knowledge. Learn about the temple's history and culture, which is believed to date back to the 17th century. From there, drive approximately 5 km to the Asura Cave, where a monk will tell us a legend and mythology of Guru Rinpoche’s meditation place. Hike to the cave and marvel at the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

5Day 5 - Deep into Buddhist spirituality and meditation (B,D)

Early morning guided by a monk we will commence on a 90 minute meditation session along with teaching of Buddhist philosophy. After breakfast, we will drive to Dhulikhel. Then start a hike towards Namo Buddha monastery where we can relax in the tranquil nature. This Buddhist pilgrimage site is also famous for growing rice, mustard and millet so we can see beautiful hillside terraced farms throughout the walk. Visit the monastery, interaction with monks. Enjoy rest of the evening on a pristine landscape.

6Day 6 - A journey of culture, cuisine, and ancient marvels (B,L)

The journey continues towards the oldest town in Nepal - Panauti. We will drive towards Panauti community homestay to have a warm lunch prepared by our host; here we will have an opportunity to interact with local people. The journey continues towards Bhaktapur. Enriched with local folklore, myths, ancient trade routes, temples, and courtyards; the town replicates an open museum filled with medieval art and architecture. Enjoy a leisurely guided walk at the Pottery square, where handicrafts are still made in a traditional way. Then we will drive to Kathmandu.

7Day 7 - Discovering the charms of Bandipur (B)

Now we will drive 5-6 hour towards Bandipur a newari village on hill top. It offers a perfect mix of exciting culture, ancient history, exotic architecture, incredible views, breathtaking caves and untouched landscapes. From Tundikhel we can catch a glimpse of the beautiful surrounding mountain range. This consists of, among others, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, Langtang, Manaslu and Ganesh Himal (Weather permitted). In the evening we can chat with the friendly locals and learn more about their way of life.

8Day 8 - Journey to Pokhara's natural wonders (B)

In the morning we will have time to take a relaxing walk through Bandipur. After breakfast we will drive to Pokhara, located at an altitude of 900 m. The enchanting city is known for its vast, tranquil waterscapes and great views of the magnificent Himalayan peaks. Thanks to the surrounding natural wonders, we will find a unique, magical atmosphere here. Upon reaching Pokhara, we will continue our drive towards World Peace Pagoda to pray for peace and prosperity for everyone. Here we shall enjoy the beautiful view of Pokhara and the Himalayas from the stupa. Then drive to lakeside area for relaxation.

9Day 9 - Relaxation in the nature: Mountains, Sunrise, Caves and Lakes (B)

In the early morning, we will drive to the Sarangkot viewpoint to catch a glimpse of the stunning panoramic view of the Annapurna range, accompanied by a sunrise view (depending on the weather). Afterward, we will drive back to the hotel, have breakfast, and commence a sightseeing tour of Gupteshwor Cave, renowned for its unique natural limestone formations, and Devi's Fall, the most famous waterfall in Pokhara. Later in the evening, indulge in a leisurely boat ride on Phewa Lake while enjoying the sunset on the horizon.

10Day 10 - Inner peace at the birthplace of Buddha (B)

We will embark on an epic 6-7 hour journey today to reach the birthplace of Lord Buddha – the spiritual figure revered as the Enlightened One in European countries. As the sun sets, we will immerse ourselves in the mystical atmosphere of Lumbini while taking a stroll through the vibrant local market, catching glimpses of the unique lifestyle that thrives in this spiritual haven. Get ready for a night filled with the deep energy of this special spiritual place, where every step we take tells the story of Buddhism and the amazing life of Lord Buddha.

11Day 11 - Exploring Lumbini's international Buddhist sites (B)

In the early hours, we'll venture to the Mayadevi Temple, observing the very spot where Lord Buddha was born. After a leisurely stroll through the lush gardens, we'll take a moment for self-reflection and meditation to relax our mind. Our journey then continues on an e-rickshaw, weaving through various monasteries built by nations far and wide, absorbing the timeless wisdom of Buddha's teachings.

12Day 12 - Into the wild (B,L,D)

After breakfast, drive to Chitwan which will take around 5-6 hrs. Check-in at the hotel, after short refreshment, commence on a jungle activities in Chitwan. Immerse into the local culture by strolling through the local Tharu village. This also includes a visit to the Tharu Cultural Museum. During this walk our naturalist will brief about the social and cultural aspect of the villagers and their lifestyle.
In evening a wildlife experts will give a short presentation about Chitwan National Park with details about the local wildlife. (Activities and timing in chitwan depends upon respective hotels)

13Day 13 - Tracking the Rhinos (B,L,D)

Wake up call with a cup of hot tea or coffee. After breakfast, proceed for a full day of fun-filled jungle activities in Chitwan. Enjoy a boating tour in a traditional Patela boat, which will take us down serenely along the Rapti river, which will also have aquatic birds, Gharials and other animals on the river banks.
Then take a jeep ride through the wilderness, experiencing the local wildlife. We will have an opportunity to observe bi floras and faunas, like the one-horned Rhinoceros, countless species of deer, bisons, and if lucky, even the Royal Bengal Tiger. Evening enjoy Tharu cultural dance, an age-old tradition of the Tharus and is usually performed to appease the gods during religious festivals.

14Day 14 - Back to the capital (B)

Savor a last moment in Chitwan. After breakfast, we will drive approximately 5-6 hours back to the lively capital Kathmandu. Upon arriving in Kathmandu, the rest of the evening will be free for leisure.
