Begin your Spiritual and Wellness retreat in Nepal with an immersive Traditional Yoga and Meditation session lasting three hours:

1st hour: Introduction to Traditional Yoga by our Yogacharya (Yoga Expert)
2nd & 3rd hour: Motivational talks and practice of Traditional Yoga & Meditation

After a nourishing breakfast, you'll be treated to an Ayurvedic Massage followed by a transformative Shirodhara treatment, a therapeutic practice where warm, herbalized Ayurvedic oil is gently poured onto your forehead. Following your treatment, indulge in a singing bowl relaxation session for Chakra Awakening. After breakfast, journey to Dhulikhel and embark on a scenic hike to Namobuddha for a remarkable Buddhist cultural encounter. Along the hike, savor breathtaking mountain vistas while passing numerous hilltop Buddhist Stupas. Early morning, indulge in a yoga and meditation session that lasts for one and half hours.

After breakfast, we shall drive back to Kathmandu and the drive on the way itself is going to be amazingly unique experience as you travel besides the mighty river with some strong current almost throughout your journey with scenic greenery on both sides of the road along with human settlements thick and thin at different places. After you reach Kathmandu, you check in to your hotel, get yourself refreshed and have some rest.
