Day 1: Kathmandu - 1300m altitude
Arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport at Kathmandu and meet, assist and transfer to the hotel with our representative. Welcome drinks on arrival and briefing of tour program by one of the representatives from Aarya Village Travel.
Day 2: Kathmandu to Besisahar-180 Kilometer (5 to 6 hrs ride) (B/L/D)-Rough Road
Though it is short distance ride, you will have a most adventurous trip today and reach the most beautiful town named Besishahar is a municipality and the district headquarters of Lamjung District in Gandaki Zone, Nepal. The Besishahar Municipality was formed by merging the existing Village Development Committees i.e. Besishahar, Gaunshahar, Udipur and Chandisthan on 15 May 2014 and have 18 wards. Here are different castes and religions. So they have a different culture. Besishahar Municipality has a warm and sub-tropical type of climate with deciduous forest type. Annapurna II, Machhapuchhre, Lamjung Himal are the beautiful scenes that can be viewed from north of Besishahar Municipality.
Day 3: Besisahar to Taal 38km (4 hrs ride) (B/L/D)-Rough Road
Besisahar to Taal, the first 32 km is an undulating climb on a dusty road. The "reward" as we escaped the heat: 5 km of 100 percent hike-a-bike, through a steep, rocky, and staircase-laden trail to the finish, a sign of what was to come. A piece of heaven falls is in Taal Village of Manang District.
Day 4: Taal to Manang- 68km (4 to 5 hours ride) (B/L/D) –Rough Road
Manang District a part of Gandaki Pradesh, is one of the seventy-seven districts of Nepal. The district, with Chame as its district headquarters, covers an area of 2,246 km² and had a population (2011) of 6,538. The pass of Throung La at 5415 meters above the sea connects the district to Mustang district by providing a route between the towns of Manang and Muktinath. Manang district gets the least amount of rainfall among districts of Nepal as it lies to the north of the Himalayas which blocks monsoon air. The Manang Valley, which lies close to the Nepal-Tibet border, offers tremendous opportunities due to its rich natural flora and fauna. Three tracks start from here.
Day 5: Explore Manang (B/L/D)
Today we explore the Manang and ride up to Kangsar which is located at 3745m altitude. We ride a bike around 30 km. You may also walk around the village and visit monastery with your own. Rest and relax at the lodge.
Day 6: Ride Manang to Jagat -70 Km (B/L/D)
Jagat is a village in Lamjung District in the Gandaki Zone of northern-central Nepal. Jagat also a Sanskrit term used by students of Vedanta for the normal state of consciousness. It also means the world in the Nepali language.
Day 7: Ride Jagat to Bandipur – 80 Km (B/L)
Ride to Bandipur from Jagat for around (5 to 6 hours). Bandipur is the Newar Cultural Village, situated on a ridge above the highway town of Dumre and presents sightseers with a heavy mix of history, architecture, incredible views, awesome caves and unspoiled landscapes. You can take a view of a beautiful chain of mountains Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, Langtang, Manaslu and Ganesh Himal from Tundikhel.
Explore the village and check in hotel. You will offer for the rest and refreshment in a hotel.
Day 8: Ride Bandipur to Chitwan - 45 km (2-3 hrs drive) (B/L/D)
After breakfast, drive to Chitwan for 2-3 hours. You will see very nice sceneries, rivers, farmland, paddy field, typical houses and lifestyle of the people on the way to Chitwan. All the way you will descend down along the winding road along the bank of the Trishuli River. After checking in to the hotel and getting refreshed you will be briefed about full nature programs by our naturalist guide. Then we head on for activities. There will be a guided village walk and a walk on the bank of the Rapti River to watch the charming sunset views in the sub-tropical jungle. In the evening, dinner with a cultural program by ethnic tribal people with their stick dance and tribal drums. Overnight at Chitwan.
Day 9: Chitwan (B/L/D)
Wakeup call with a cup of hot tea/coffee. After breakfast on your choice visit to the elephant breeding center to see baby elephants with bird watching at the river bank, go for Canoe ride along the Rapti River. An excellent opportunity for bird watching and for seeing the 2 rare species of crocodiles; the Marsh Mugger and the only fish eating Gharial then you will be taken to real nature walk with different type’s vegetation to see many different types of floras and faunas. Before lunch, you can take a leisurely relax for a while. After lunch goes for Jeep safari, an excellent opportunity to see four different kinds of deer, rhinoceros, monkeys, leopard, sloth bear, and the Royal Bengal Tiger. You will also encounter many other smaller mammals that have made Chitwan their home. Evening Slide presentation: One of our jungle experts will introduce background data and history of the Chitwan National Park as well as some other topics relating to wildlife. Overnight at Chitwan.
Day 10: Chitwan - Kathmandu via Daman - (5-6 hours drive) (B)
Return to Kathmandu via Daman which takes another 6 hours. Daman is a small village, marketplace and a tourist attraction in Makwanpur District. Check in at Hotel in Kathmandu and after refreshment engages in shopping and you might as well hang around the touristic places in the evening.
Day 11: Departure (B)
Approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight a representative from Aarya Village Travel will transfer you to the airport for final departure to your home country.
