Day 1: Kathmandu - 1300m altitude
Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport at Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel by our representative. Welcome and touchdown session. After check in at Park Village Hotel, register with HPW Centre. Enjoy the hotel grounds with their beautiful gardens, restaurants and swimming pool facilities. Evening Program presentation &personalized detox holistic therapy advice will be given by the expert. After then you will have the Meditation session for the clear and calm mind.
Day 2: Full day wellness program (B)
Wakeup call and detox herbal tea will be served in your room. Then you will take for hotel garden track walk/jogging or kriya yogas and regular yoga and relaxation class for an hour. After a healthy living breakfast, Ayurveda full body treatments will be given. An expert will take a meditation session for a clear and calm mind in the evening.
Day 3: Full day wellness program (B)
As usual Wakeup call and detox herbal tea will be served in your room. Then you will take for hotel garden track walk/jogging or kriya yogas and regular yoga and relaxation class for an hour. After a healthy living breakfast enjoys the hotel grounds with their beautiful gardens, restaurants and swimming pool facilities. Spa partial body treatment (head and foot massages, facials etc.) will be given in the afternoon. In the evening, an expert will take the meditation session for a clear and calm mind.
Day 4: Nature walk & Invigorating programme (B)
Regular yoga and relaxation class will be given early in the morning. After healthy living, breakfast walks to Budhanilkantha to Army Check post. Our hiking start right from Army check post and we will reach till Nagi Gompa at 2340m, one of the attractions of Shivapuri National Park, famous among foreigners and locals who want to practice Buddhism and meditation.
If time permits and at your interest, we can hike to the top of Shivapuri National Park. Hike from here is somewhat steep and passes through dense forest. The views of Kathmandu Valley start getting more and more magnificent. It takes us about two hours to reach the top.
Day 5: Kathmandu – Pokhara - 900m altitude (B)
Regular yoga and relaxation class will be given early in the morning. After Breakfast drive to Pokhara in Tourist Coach. It is around 6 hours drive from Kathmandu. Pokhara is a remarkable place of natural beauty, situated at an altitude of 900m from the sea level and 200km west of Kathmandu valley. The enchanting town has several beautiful lakes and offers stunning panoramic views of Himalayan peaks. The serenity of lakes and the magnificence of the Himalayas rising behind them create an ambiance of peace and magic. Check in hotel. Evening enjoys walking along the bank of Phewa Lake, admiring the stunning reflection of the Fish Tail Peak in the blue Phewa Lake waters.
Day 6: Pokhara Sightseeing (B)
Early in the morning, you will have one-hour yoga class by the expert in the hotel. After Breakfast boating at Phewa lake and hike to World Peace Pagoda. It is 30 minutes boating and 45 minutes hike. World Peace Pagoda is a Buddhist stupa designed to provide a focus for people of all races and creeds within the world and to help unite them in their search for world peace. You can have the magnificent views of the Mt. Annapurna and the Pokhara city from the hill of Peace Pagoda. After having the beautiful nature snap hike back to the hotel. Evening you will have one-hour meditation class by the expert in hotel.
Day 7: Pokhara to Kathmandu (B)
Regular yoga and relaxation class will be given early in the morning. After breakfast drive back to Kathmandu in Tourist Coach. Check in hotel. You will offer for the rest and refreshment in the Hotel. Evening an expert will take meditation session for a clear and calm mind.
Day 8: Kathmandu Sightseeing (B)
Regular yoga and relaxation class will be given early in the morning. After breakfast at 10 am start full day sightseeing in UNESCO heritage sites. Sightseeing at Bouddhanath- World biggest stupa, one of the holiest Buddhist pilgrimage where all devout Buddhists come for a pilgrimage, Patan Durbar Square- which is a distinct place for arts and architecture that reflect on each temple, monument and palace building that were mostly built during the Malla period between 16th, 17th and 18th and Swayambhunath- A Monkey Temple from where you can see the magnificent views of Kathmandu Valley and tribute to Buddhism. Rest of the time is free on your own.
Day 9: Departure (B)
Regular yoga and relaxation class will be given early in the morning. After healthy living breakfast leisure time for optional Ayurveda treatments. Finally, drive to the airport and departure to your country.
